When we started Merion Harvest, our goal was simple — to offer a healthier, cleaner, and more honest alternative to the paneer we’ve all grown up with.
I come from a family that loves food, like every Indian home. But over the years, I began noticing the rise in health issues around me — obesity, cholesterol, digestion problems — and I couldn’t ignore the role that milk-based and adulterated products were playing.
That’s when I discovered tofu. High in protein, low in fat, and completely plant-based — it felt like a gift. But I also realized that most people in India either didn’t know about it, or had tried poor-quality versions. That had to change.
