At Merion Harvest, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality tofu, soy curd, and other plant-based products to your doorstep. As our items are perishable food products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.

🧊 Perishable Product Policy

Due to the nature of our fresh tofu, soy curd, and soy buttermilk, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered and accepted in good condition.

However, in rare cases where the product is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Expired upon arrival
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Spoiled due to packaging failure

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

✅ Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure the following:

  • You must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue (e.g., packaging damage, product spoilage).
  • Product must be unconsumed and stored properly (refrigerated) until the issue is resolved.

💸 Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If paid via COD, we will issue a UPI or bank transfer refund after verification.
  • In the case of product replacement, it will be dispatched within 2 working days, subject to availability.

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product was not stored as advised (i.e., not refrigerated).
  • The complaint was made after 12 hours of delivery.
  • The product was partially or fully consumed.
  • You simply changed your mind or didn’t like the taste.
  • The product was rejected at the time of delivery without valid reason.

🚚 Delivery Failure

If your order is undelivered due to:

  • Wrong address,
  • Unavailable recipient,
  • Phone unreachable,
    You will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may offer re-delivery at additional cost, depending on location.

🧾 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Beyond that, cancellation is not guaranteed due to same-day production and delivery schedule.
